The function of the previous Alpha Subdivision Committee, known as the ACA, was to uphold the CC&R’s, to abide by the Colorado Nonprofit Statutes, and to communicate with the APOA and Alpha property owners. However, because the ACA was severely remiss in these tasks (see Attorney’s letter to Alpha Property Owners), the APOA has established its own APOA Architecture Committee (see below), which will be responsible for reviewing and aprroving new architectural plans. The transactions of this committee will be made available to all Alpha property owners.
