The APOA annual meeting will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at 9:00 am, at John Paul II Catholic Church (353 S. Pagosa Blvd.). All APOA property owners are welcome to attend.

To address some recent concerns about outdoor lighting in Alpha, shown below are examples of Archuleta County’s acceptable and unacceptable lighting fixtures. As a reminder, excessive lighting affects wildlife and wastes electricity.
