2024 Annual Meeting of Alpha Property Owners
The APOA annual meeting will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at 9:00 am, at John Paul II Catholic Church (353 S. Pagosa Blvd.). All APOA property owners are welcome to attend.

2023 APOA Annual Meeting
Hi all APOA property owners!
We are excited to have our Alpha Property Owners Association (APOA) meeting outdoors this year.
Please come and join us to meet the neighbors and share the feast.
It will be on Saturday August 5th, 2023 at 11.30 a.m. until 1.30 p.m. at Xanadu, the home of Bruce Wayne and Shayla McClure, 77 Golden Pond Place in the garden and pool house. The meeting will be at 11.30 a.m. and afterwards we will socialize.
Paper goods will be provided.
Please bring a picnic food, dish or dessert, drinks and chairs.
