The annual meeting of APOA will take place on Saturday, August 22, 2020, at 5:00 pm, at 77 Golden Pond Place.
Due to the Covid-19 virus there will not be the usual potluck meal but all are invited to bring their own food, snacks, drinks, tables and chairs.
Please wear a mask and place tables and chairs six feet apart. The meeting will be held outdoors pending the weather.
An agenda will be sent to you before the meeting. If you have any topics you wish discussed, please send to APOA at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be added to the agenda.
All voting members should have received a ballot online and we ask that you vote online by August 20, 2020 even if you plan to attend the meeting. For those without email addresses, since you cannot vote online, you may bring your ballot (received from APOA) to the meeting or send ballot to APOA, P.O. Box 3811, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147 by August 14, 2020.
